Felicity cannot be bettered when it comes to client care. She has organised and booked holidays to the Maldives, Greece, and a couple of cruises.
She dealt with problems arising from a booking when Covid hit and more recently when we wanted to change an already confirmed resort. I am sure this must have been a bit of a bother for her, but we were never once made to feel a pain!
We will continue to book through Felicity because we are confident that she will always do everything possible to ensure we get our desired holiday at a competitive price.
She is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly!
